Overview
Holme-next-the-Sea sits at the western edge of the Royal Norfolk Coast. The beach is backed by dunes and saltmarsh rather than seafront buildings, creating a largely undeveloped setting.
The shoreline is wide and sandy at low tide, with long views across The Wash. It sits adjacent to Holme Dunes Nature Reserve.
The surrounding dunes and marsh support a range of birdlife, particularly during migration and winter months.

A small pay-and-display car park is located near the beach entrance. Capacity is limited.
Access
Access is via sandy paths through dunes. Surfaces can be uneven and soft in places.

Holme-next-the-Sea is reached via local roads connecting to the A149.
