Our staggering 700-acre site includes five fabulous gardens and a species-rich nature reserve. Take a trail through wetlands and hedgerows, woodland and riverbanks, and farmland and water meadows. And duck into a bird hide along the way to get up close with feathered friends.
There are awesome activities for little nature lovers too. From our impressive outdoor eco-friendly play area, WildRootz, to rope bridges and snaking slides inside Hootz House. Enjoy a ride off-road on the Pensthorpe Explorer and check out fascinating fossils in the Discovery Centre. Finally, don’t forget to wet your beak at our café and stop in our shop for wildlife books, toys, bird feeders, and local produce.
