About Free Tickets for Carers

The Sainsbury Centre offers free complimentary tickets for carers and companions. Just speak to a member of the Visitor Experience team, who will be happy to help.

The Centre aims to be welcoming and as accessible as possible. Manual wheelchairs can be borrowed on the day, and lifts give access to the lower galleries and the west Mezzanine Gallery. Sensory backpacks are available from the Main Reception Desk. Large print guides are available for all special exhibitions.

Trained volunteer guides offer bespoke tours with audio descriptions for blind and vision impaired visitors. A Changing Places toilet is less than five minutes away in the New UEA Science Building. There are four disabled parking spaces a short walk from the building.
