Your evening begins at Dereham Station, where the atmosphere is set with a warm welcome and the chance to enjoy a pre-journey drink. At 6:30 pm sharp, the train departs, and the story begins to unfold. As you travel through the picturesque Norfolk countryside on two scenic round trips between Dereham and Thuxton, you’ll find yourself drawn into a tale filled with secrets, suspects, and red herrings at every turn.

While you and your fellow passengers work together to uncover the culprit before time runs out, you’ll be treated to a local sourced meal. Choose from:

Drinks are available to purchase both before and during the experience at Dereham Station, ensuring your glass is never empty as you puzzle through the evening’s twists and turns. Please note that there is no on train bar available for this event.

With ever-changing themes throughout the year, each Murderous Night event offers a brand-new adventure – whether you’re a returning guest or a first-time detective, no two mysteries are the same. The tension builds as the clues come together, until, at last, the culprit is revealed back at Dereham by 9:00 pm. And for the sharpest sleuths on board, a prize awaits the team that cracks the case!
