Our Autumn Steam Gala is back!
Celebrate the close of our main season with us by enjoying unlimited travel behind Britain’s oldest steam locomotive, Furness Railway No 20, as well as rides behind 6 historic steam engines from our home fleet.
With British Summer Time ending on 24 October, the Saturday timetable will be extended into the early evening to give visitors the chance to travel by steam after dark! The Victorian train will also be one of those that makes an after-dark run, the first time the train has run after dark on public services.
Our engineering works will also be open for Behind the Scenes tours across the weekend!
Plus, don’t miss your chance to step into the shoes of a steam age signalman in the restored signal box from Reedham Junction which will be open at Holt.
