Tunstead Cottages

Two farm cottages set in a quiet old farm courtyard, dog friendly, rural Norfolk.

At Tunstead Cottages we have two spacious single storey converted farm buildings. Available singly or together, both sleeping six guests. Open plan kitchen/dining areas, and spacious lounges. Well placed for visiting the Broads National Park, the coast or the city of Norwich. Close to Wroxham and Coltishall for shops and restaurants yet set in peaceful countryside. Good local pubs at Tunstead and Smallburgh. Games room available for guests, and indoor pool on site (requires booking).

The Stables

The Stables is a single storey conversion. It provides comfortable dog friendly self-catering accommodation. bring up to 2 of your canine friends. 
The larger of our Tunstead cottages, it sleeps 6 with one king bedroom and en-suite shower room. Another king bedroom and one twin (with zip link mattresses to convert to a super king) share a family bathroom with shower. There is room for a cot in all of the bedrooms. There is ample wardrobe and drawer space in our light and airy bedrooms. 
Towels and bedding are provided, no feather duvets or pillows are used. Hot water and central heating included. The central lounge area is spacious with lots of the original features from the stables. Wi -fi and smart TV included too. The open plan kitchen and dining area provides all you will need for a relaxed self-catering break. There is a private patio with garden furniture and BBQ for long summer evening meals.

The Granary

Our self catering, dog friendly Norfolk cottage, The Granary is next to the Stables and also has a private fenced patio, furnished for al fresco meals, or just to unwind after a day messing about on boats. 
French doors lead off the patio into the open plan living area. This includes a comfy sofa area with smart TV Wi-fi also included. 
The bright dining area leads to the fully equipped kitchen. Off this open plan living space is the 3 bedrooms. It has one Twin/Super-king bedroom, one double plus one small double. There is room for travel cots in the two larger bedrooms, but space is tighter than in the Stables. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath.  All bedding and towels are provided.

Guests can use our Tunstead Cottages indoor pool, which can be pre-booked. The Stables and Granary can be booked together for larger groups of up to 12, plus cots.
