Our houses located in Kelling Village are walking distance to Kelling beach, making them ideal for those looking to escape and recharge from life’s daily demands. 

For the more energetic amongst us, we have all weather tennis & pickleball courts and a children’s play area. 

After a full day of exploring North Norfolk why not take advantage of our in house hospitality options. We offer a variety of options to suit our guests wanting that little extra special touch, from our Eating in with Ease menu, with family favourites, such as lasagne, chicken curry and shepherd’s pie, all of which are freshly prepared by our in house chefs and placed in your home ready for arrival, to bespoke breakfast hampers delivered to your door, or for special occasions we work closely with local private chefs who cook in your holiday home, or who prepare and deliver 

To make your stay even more memorable we work closely with lots of independent local businesses with a huge range of different offerings, from sailing trips, yoga classes in your holiday home, pamper packages, picnics delivered to your door to electric bikes for hire that can be delivered and picked up to suit you. 

North Norfolk is wonderful to visit at any time of year, but with it being the driest county in the UK, it really is perfect to visit all year round.
