Swan Cottage

A beautifully converted former laundry, Swan Cottage is a luxurious detached retreat sleeping two. Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, the cottage combines a cosy atmosphere with spacious, light-filled interiors.

Inside, you'll find a king-size bedroom, luxurious bathroom with bath and shower, and a well-equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area. Underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth speaker, games and DVDs make it easy to feel at home, while thoughtful touches include beautiful linen, soft robes, fluffy towels and Plum & Ashby toiletries.

Outside, the private terrace is the perfect spot for an al fresco supper, with a BBQ, comfortable seating and your own private hot tub. There is also private parking and plenty of countryside walks close by.

Luxury Shepherds Huts

For a special glamping experience, choose between The Hare and The Barn Owl, two beautifully designed shepherds huts tucked away in the grounds of Hill House.

Each hut has its own bespoke character, king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, underfloor heating and well-equipped kitchenette, along with Wi-Fi, luxury linen, robes, towels and Plum & Ashby toiletries. Welcome treats, fresh milk and local goodies help make your arrival extra special.

Both huts have their own private outdoor area with a table and chairs, Adirondack chairs and a gas BBQ, with The Hare and The Barn Owl also offering their own private hot tubs.

The huts are set beside the farm and vineyard, where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings, watch the chickens, say hello to Magic the donkey and simply enjoy being immersed in the countryside.

The location makes Hill House an ideal base for discovering the distinctive landscape and larder of the Brecks. Explore the forests and heathlands, look out for wildlife including deer, and discover local producers, farm shops, pubs and restaurants showcasing the food and drink of the region.

Within a short drive you'll find Thetford Forest, Bressingham Steam Museum, Banham Zoo, Snetterton Circuit, the English Whisky Distillery, Knettishall Heath Country Park and Redgrave & Lopham Fen. Norwich, Bury St Edmunds, Diss and Wymondham are all within easy reach, while the Norfolk Broads and both the Norfolk and Suffolk coastlines make wonderful days out.
