Hytte House

Hytte House is a comfy and luxurious three-bedroom house in the heart of Brancaster Staithe, perfect for holidays with friends or family. Built in 2026 with Scandinavian-inspired styling, it sits on Common Lane, two minutes from the harbour and fifty yards from the Jolly Sailors pub, with the Norfolk Coast Path at the end of the lane.

The house

Three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, sleep six, and a single sofa bed in the office takes a seventh guest. Open-plan living, high-end interiors and luxury furniture and bedding give everyone room to relax together. There is also a downstairs WC, and the private office with fast Wi-Fi makes working from home easy.

Year-round comfort

Underfloor heating throughout, excellent insulation and an air-source heat pump keep every room warm on the coldest days, with a 96/100 environmental impact rating.

Included in every stay

Fresh linen and towels, tea and coffee, fast Wi-Fi, a TV package with Netflix, Amazon Prime, iPlayer and Freely Freeview, and off-street parking. An on-site EV charger is available at 35p per kWh.

Families and dogs

Children are very welcome, with a high chair, travel cot and children's cutlery provided. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement at £35 per dog per stay, with a waiver signed before arrival.

Optional extras

A breakfast package of local produce (£60), kayak hire on the harbour and salt marshes (£20 per session), a private chef (price on request), and a six-person sauna with outdoor hot and cold shower (£80 per session).
