Church Farm Barns - Norfolk Disabled Friendly Cottages

We are a family run business providing 8 holiday cottages close to the north Norfolk coast and the Royal Estate of Sandringham all converted from farm buildings to a high standard. They can sleep between 2-10 people and we can sleep up to 48 people on site making us an ideal location for group holidays.

All of our properties have been designed to be accessible for all, allowing those with limited mobility to holiday with their family and friends in a home from home environment. All cottages are wheelchair accessible, have level access, open plan room layout including roll in wet rooms and purpose built low level kitchens. Each has its own personal garden.

We are family and pet friendly. All cottages have access to wireless internet and we have a selection of mobility equipment available to hire e.g. hoists, profile beds and wheelchairs.
All eight of our disabled friendly cottages are in a private off-road location, admist the glorious countryside of North Norfolk. They have been lovingly converted from the orginal farm buildings and barns around a central courtyard area with their own private outdoor areas. The owners and Church Farm Barns office is situated on site should you need any extra assistance during your stay.

Church Farm Barns are situated in the quiet hamlet of Bircham Newton, on the outskirts of Great Bircham village, North Norfolk, just 10 minutes drive from the glorious Norfolk coastline. The cottages themselves provide a peaceful countryside retreat in a private off-road location with breathtaking views over the surrounding fields and Norfolk’s famous big blue sky. Each cottage has its own garden providing the perfect place to unwind and relax.

If you want to venture out, the coastal town of Hunstanton is a short drive away for all amenities. The Royal Estate of Sandringham is close by and the North Norfolk coast road is spoilt for good pubs and eateries. It is essential that you have access to a car as public transport in this area is very limited.
