The cottage is thought to date back to the early 1800s. Walk through the secret garden gate and you will be taken back 100 years in time with all the cosiness, warmth and comfort of home. There is outdoor seating so you can watch and listen to the black birds whilst having a glass of white wine from the wine cooler! Open plan sitting room and kitchen with exposed oak beams, wooden floors, wool carpets, oak worktops, comfy sofa and arm chair. There is private off-road parking behind the cottage. Walk 2 minutes into Holt and go back 40 years to enjoy cafe life. Breakfast at Byfords is not to be missed. This is a haven of relaxation as Pubs, shops and Holt Country Park is within easy walking distance. Blakeney National Nature Reserve (birdlife, seal colonies), Cley Marshes & the seaside are about 5 miles. Holt has independent shops, tea rooms, fishmongers, greengrocers, galleries, bookshops, antique shops and the famous Bakers & Larners Department Store with a separate food hall and wine merchant which celebrated its 250th year in 2020!
